Residence Zara is a stylish fully serviced apartment complex in a pleasant location, ideal for short or long stays. The private garden, which is reserved for guests, covers an area of 1,200 m² representing an oasis of green in the heart of the lively Isola district. Guests can also make reservations for 18 parking spaces, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to an additional fee. Residence Zara has 50 apartments of various sizes, divided between the main building and the Domus Lagosta. Options range from 40 m² studio apartments to 50 m² two-room apartments up to 120 m² representative apartments. Each flat offers functionality and comfort to suit every need.
