Located two subway stops from the Central Station and the Air Terminal (Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio airports) and a few steps from the Isola district the new eco-chic district of Milan, Residence Zara and Domus Lagosta are the ideal location to visit the city, attend conventions, immerse yourself in shopping (including high fashion boutiques and vintage shops) and in the cultural life of an energetic and constantly moving city.
From 1970 the functionality of the apartments is accompanied by the quality of the services and the careful care of Italian and international guests, who find their "other home" in Residence Zara. It consists of 33 apartments in the central body and 18 in the adjoining Domus Lagosta and a magnificent internal garden of 1000sqm with 18 parking spaces, a pearl in the heart of the city.

I have checked out of Zara early yesterday morning. I hope that everything is ok. I would like to thank you all for having me as your guest and for being so flexible in extending my stay when I really needed and on such short notice. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mihaela who was cleaning for me during this period of time. I know I have already completed the card in my room with a well deserved 5 but I really feel the need to explain what really stays behind this 5. She really helped with making my stay there as pleasant as possible as everything was so clean, my needs where always considered (as I was also working from there some moments of silence were needed from time to time and she managed to do her tasks around this) and I really felt more like at home than in any other place where I have been. 5 star - 18 ore fa I have been for more than 20 years a client off the Residence Zara that should be enough as a review The Residence Zara is located in a splendid area: the Isola ( jazz music, old Milan, il bosco verticale, the market, a great church with important frescos, two theatres, several restaurants and an aura of old and contemporary that is so romantic and so literary). The staff is outstanding, the place is clean and still affordable the windows look at secular trees and when the city awakes you feel that you are part of the swinging Milan the residence also offers several services ( laundry, superclean kitchen, functioning appliances ...etc... ) the real difference is made by this little army of women ( there are a couple of men too and they are very good too ) that work and work and work and smile and they never withdraw from the extra work i love the Residence Zara, I have sent friends and relatives and clients there for so many years and nobody ever was disappointed- 23 / 07 / 2023
