Terms and conditions
Every reservation, in order to be confirmed, requires an initial payment, to be carried out via bank transfer (check) equal to the 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The reservation must be confirmed with an email and the details of at least a valid Credit Card. We kindly ask the guests that require an invoice for their stay to communicate it when confirming the reservation and to provide us with all the necessary details; in the absence of a request, a nominal fiscal receipt will be issued.
The payment should be carried out at least 15 days before the check-in date, otherwise the reservation will be considered invalid.
The cancellation of the booking must be sent via email, hereafter are the applicable policies:
- free cancellation up until 30 days before check-in;
- from the 29th to the 15th day before the check-in date, the penalty will be equal to 30% of the reservation (if greater than a month, the percentage will be applied on a single month);
- from the 14th to the 7th day before the check-in date, the penalty will be equal to 50% of the total stay (if greater than a month, the percentage will be applied on a single month);
- from the 7th to the 3rd day before the check-in date, the penalty will be equal to 70% of the total stay (if greater than a month, the percentage will be applied on a single month);
- after these dates the penalty will be equal to the total amount of the remaining stay.
The apartments will be available from 2pm on the day of check in, and up until 11am on the day of check out. In case of any special needs or requests, the reception desk must be informed accordingly.
The reception is open from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm (public holidays excluded).
Were the guests to arrive outside of opening hours or in a day different than the one formally requested for the check-in, they should communicate it in order to receive all the necessary instructions for the self check-in procedures.
