Our 50 m² studios are tastefully furnished, some with antique furniture, and are well laid out to offer good living space for a solo traveller or a couple.
They are equipped with a fully-fitted kitchenette with a moka and electric kettle, an spacious bathroom with a courtesy set, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board. Bed types: double or twin beds. Maximum occupancy: 2 people.

Studio apartments, two-room and three-room apartments
Residence Zara is split into two buildings: the main building contains 33 apartments, while the other 17 are located in the neighbouring Domus Lagosta. There are flats of different sizes: studio apartments (40 m²), two-room apartments (50 m² or more), three-room apartments (95 m²) and large representative apartments (up to 120 m²).
Activities and attractions
Residence Zara is just 15 minutes from Milan city centre, close to the city’s main architectural and artistic attractions, and it is easily accessible from Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio airports. You can reach the residence by bus, tram, metro or taxi.
